Born and raised in Conway Springs and attended Conway Springs High School. Moved on to Southwestern College in Winfield, KS. Completed my Student Teaching experience at Winfield High School in the fall of 2003. Taught at Halstead High School in the spring of 2004. Moved to Great Bend and taught at Great Bend High School for four years before moving to Topeka and Washburn Rural High School in 2008.
